Kellogg Fellows consultants are drawn from 10 separate Kellogg Foundation leadership programs. The life experiences, spiritual orientations, and professional backgrounds of the Kellogg Fellows in our global network are wide-ranging and touch every level of leadership.

Kellogg Fellows were identified and recruited for their unique vision and demonstrated extraordinary leadership in dealing with complex and challenging issues within their communities, institutions, or business.

The Kellogg Fellows Consulting Group provides four products:

"Connecting Vision with Possibilities" Kellogg Fellows help donors clarify their vision, understand local issues, and identify the best strategies for achieving the greatest impact with their philanthropic investments worldwide.

"Empowering Mission and Vision" Kellogg Fellows strengthen existing and emerging leadership programs around the world, assisting corporate and civic leadership programs design and implement powerful and effective leadership development efforts.

"Making it Happen" Education, health care, and youth development enterprises will be the focus of Kellogg Facilitation Resources. Experienced Kellogg facilitators guide organizations through critical decision-making processes, manage difficult and challenging conversations, and develop strategic plans for converting ideas into action.

The Kellogg Fellows Consulting Group (KFCG) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the The Kellogg Fellows Leadership Alliance (KFLA). KFLA creates opportunities for 1,200 Kellogg Fellows from 40 countries to leave a significant legacy as a result of having participated in leadership development programs through the W.K. Kellogg Foundation. Founded in 2002, KFLA is a 501(c)(3) organization located in Denver, Colorado.

Employing exclusively the recipients of W. K. Kellogg Foundation Fellowships, The Kellogg Fellows Consulting Group is a new business line which offers the services of prestigious Kellogg Fellows to provide compelling keynote addresses, critical leadership training and evaluation, knowledgeable advice on generating powerful philanthropy worldwide, and skilled facilitation to help organizations overcome obstacles and achieve their visions.
